The EIBACH website you posted is chaotic but if you look closer, they offer actually only 2 sets of springs for 147.

These are NOT springs, only additional indicators to be put on the bumper. This is because of EU regulation, if you drop 147, the indicators get below the law limit and you have to install additional ones. But nobody controls this except German MOT.
