I've got FK coilovers on my 156 V6, they are low and hard but you can tell that they are damping the bumps rather than the chassis absorbing them. Ride is smoother on most roads than my 2.4 JTD Veloce.

I've heard bad things about the Autodelta coilovers, they've had a lot of problems with them leaking the fluid and needing to be replaced. On the otherhand, I've heard KW coilovers are very good.
