More important to this is the length of individual pipes/trumpets from the plenum behind the throttle body to the valves. The length of the intake pipe before throttle body has some effect as well, but much less.
I would be a little worried about MAF directly after the cone filter; the turbulences could MAYBE influence its reading a little. But this doesn’t mean it’s necessarily wrong. A little different reading from the MAF might improve performance as well as deteriorate, who knows.
