There are a set of 330mm calipers on ebay but expensive at £550 for just the calipers and brackets.

But I guess the bracket will need to be custom made to fit to the standard upright and not a GTA upright

Pinched these part numbers and prices from another forum (2006 prices)

330mm discs - 51733051 - £80 each
new LH caliper - 735363886 - £220
new RH caliper - 735363887 - £220
pad set - 77362692 - £72
new LH front hose - 60693782 - £6
new RH front hose - 60693783 - £6
