My Aus girlfriend wants to buy a camshaft for her Dad's 1977 Kamm Tail 2.0 Spider.

Her fathers mechanic has told him to buy a 10548 camshaft, I believe this was fitted to Euro spec Alfa's, and only US based cars had a lesser performing camshaft.

Now onto the real question (and assuming that her father has a US derived car), is the 10548 the best upgrade, or does anyone have a suggestion as to something better?

Keeping in mind that the car will be used only for road use, and reliability needs to be maintained.

He is also getting dellotto webers, and inlet manifold.
