zbrskz (member on here in Portugal) is running 480Nm in a 1.9 JTD with hybrid turbo, try sending him a message.

I get flywheel shudder in my 2.4 JTD if I drop the accelerator at 2,000rpm in 4th or 5th - my solution is to drop a gear, to bring the revs to 2,500-3,000 before I put my foot down. Heavy in first gear gives it a bit too, but its never done any harm in 35,000 miles. At the last clutch change the DMF was in perfect condition, on its original at 122K miles. This is a remapped 2.4, torque around 420Nm or so.
