have to say I wouldn't choose Iceland. I used to go up that way in the early '70s and a bigger bunch of misery gut long faces I'd never seen!! 'Course that might have had something to do with the fact that Brits weren't terribly welcome (We used to help ourselves to Cod and they had long memories of the War - they preferred Germany you see?).
Cost of living is enormous, too. Any idea the cost of a pint??
Oh, and BTW it's dark all Winter and light all Summer.
