As Pud said the pre map curve is very wavy.. Not particularly normal.

Maybe it had a non-standard map on to begin with? Variator problem maybe? Or a dodgy MAF.. What could cause that sort of stuttering? Unless the wheels were slipping on the dyno's brake? Clearly not right to begin with, but it seems to have been mapped out.
