Hi there this is my first post but have read info on the forum since i bought my first alfa 2 years ago. I am only 25 and dont know lots about cars but just love Alfas. Like a div i have lost the only car key i had for my 147 2001 ( long story) I am trying to find the cheapest or best way to get back driving my car again as i have ben locked out for two days. I have no card with digits on for my old key and i thought about taking I.D and my V5 to the dealers to order a new key, will this open the doors without programming? how long will this take and if i get it reprogrammed independantly will it start the engine? please help if you can
