My 156 GTA is a perfect family car. Spot on in almost all respects. Plenty of room for me and the mrs, 2 kids and loads of camping gear. Can't imagine needing to get much more in.

As for the stability control (or lack thereof) comment, i don't agree. Don't drive like a tit when the kids are in the car and you'll be just fine.
