Re: New boost gauge ordered...

Well the boost gauge arrived on Monday, and looks nice - except it was a screw-on connector on the back, an NPD type screw on job, not a push-on-the-tube type of connector. So another order for a boost gauge fitting kit which arrived yesterday & I'm good to go.

So I drilled & tapped the engine inlet last night (just ahead of the intercooler-to-engine hose) and put the take-off nipple there. I replaced the top boost anyhow, as the old one had split twice on me, and was bodge repaired already.

I connected it to to my existing boost hose, and that's as far as I got last night (my Speedparts gauge is still installed, so that's reading off the scale again today).

Stage 2 tonight - connecting the new Racetech gauge in the cabin, including wiring it up. Fun Fun Fun!
