unfortunate that you found the reason for sale, however none of those items are out of the ordinary and once fixed you should have a great car ready for the next 100,000 miles. Also some of the labour can be combined eg front suspension, doing one you're half way there for the other. A regular garage can do most of that lot rather than a dealer, DIY able too, so source the genuine parts for the best price and get a competent local mech to do the spanner work to keep costs down. Only tricky job is those stub axle bushes, but how to do them is detailed on here.
