Yes, it will definitely improve low down torque, as well as the throttle response and power. As OperationAlfa has already mentioned, RedDot is a good place to get it down (they did my 2.0 TS.) You should also explain to them what type of driving you do eg. lots of cold starts, town driving, motorways or mixed etc if you want a custom map.
