With whats going on lately with BBC making cuts, isnt it about time they scrapped the TV licence and made it pay as you go TV? Most people have Sky, Free view, Cable etc. Its going to switch over to digital soon away, so that way people who want BBC can pay for it and others that don't.....don't have to waste money on that rubbish.
