I'm a first time Alfa owner having took delivery of my 159 Lusso 1.9 JTDM on monday this week, after much pestering from my alfa owning brother. Its a fantastic car, best i've owned so far.
I tried the usual suspects ,bmw 3 series, audi a4 even a mercedes e class (made me feel about 70 years old), but as soon as i drove the alfa there was only one winner. The bmw salesman was quite taken aback when he rang me on the monday after my test drive when i told him i was going for the Alfa.
