The one benefit of having to visit the dealership is that you can make an appointment to discuss the matter with the dealer principal at the same time! Keep your cool though Mr. H!!!

I suggest that you come armed with your laptop with these snaps (assuming that you've sent them), and ask Mr Mango if he can't see the difference clearly, and therefore why they insisted that you go to all this trouble.

It seems that they should've stepped in and taken the car back from you straight away to rectify such an error...

Now, does anyone on the list want to own up to being the original owner of this car and can they please explain what happened and why they accepted such a shoddy paint job?
