From your pictures it appears to me friend, a professional who paints new and repaired vehicles...

Its a different tint.
The metalflake is a different colour
The door has been sprayed from a different angle to the panels left and right of it.

or

The door has been repaired and relacquered without proper preperationa dn the lacquer is no longer clear.

He suggests you inspect with a halogen light around the borders as the colour of the ground reflections may be affecting the picture.
