Try changing away from the standard rubbish pads.
Ferodo DS2500's are excellent, or DS Perf if you want a completley silent pad, DS2500's squeak slightly occasionally (but stop superbly).

I haven't used the 305mm AD discs, but their 330mm ones stand up to a lot of abuse (have used 2 sets).
