Nice job.
Reminded me of my old 1963 Vanden Plas 3 litre Mark 2 when I bought it in 1971 the auto transmission wouldn't work. Nor did the speedo. It came off a drive from the extension case at the rear.Dropped it off and it turned out a splined shaft had seized ,twisted and sheared. All I wanted from the Austin dealer was the splined shaft. No chance son youll need to buy the whole transmission.I managed to get one off a scrapper and got it going ...all the gears as well the price 10 bob.The auto box was way in the hundreds of pound...Not for a poor student.
Again well doneJPRC.
