Thanks for the reply....I did not mean to offend anyone, especially you...
I have a lot of respect for you and your company and I will always suggest it as the best company for remaping diesel Alfa Romeos.
A drawing of how to mount the BMC-CDA will be nice…
Here you can see how I mounted it…I am not sure if it is the best way..

On my car we lower the boost by minus 4....using that program by Alientech...
I think nothing else was changed on the map...I am not sure how appropriate is this...Problem is that over here in Bulgaria and around it there is no company that can help me.
Here is what problem I had with the car, I am copy pasting from another post of mine:
--------------------------------------
Well, after fitting the BMC-CDA 70-150 the big one (for my car BMC recommends the small one 70-130 now I know why) the car started over boosting big time.
2.2Bar was easily achieved (with the atmospheric one it is around 3Bar). Factory setup maximum is 1.2Bar with my remap for a standard car the max is 1.41Bar...as far as I know.
With both catalytic converter removed and a free flow back box fitted, the car was probably already boosting more then 1.41Bar...BUT everything was still within controllable limits. As soon as I fitted the BMC-CDA the boost when sky high...car was entering safe mode every time I push it.
Playing with the location of the BMC intake pipe was also causing an effect...meaning direct from the bumper more boost, behind the bumper less boost.
We cut the boost pressure, so it was peaking at 1.7-1.8Bar we will reduce that further. I am thinking of 1.5-1.6Bar max.
The strange thing yesterday when I went all the way to Thessaloníki and back was that over there were I am at the Sea level (meaning hire atmospheric pressure, the car was over boosting a lot again, when I came back to Sofia some 630meters above sea level the car was getting back to "normal").
I have no idea yet from where the JTD takes it atmospheric pressure readings, but maybe something wrong there.
-----------------------
That was with minus 3....now with minus 4 things are Ok...but I think the car smokes a bit more then usual. We also freed a bit the wastegate.
Strangely enough the error code the ECU gives is P0235-Turbo/Super Charger Boost Sensor “A” Circuit or Engine boost condition-limit not reached.
Now the car when pushed goes up to 2.0Bar and then it falls to around 1.45Bar where it holds it....I attached the boost meter on the pipe just before it enters the engine.
I did have the same problem last year after fitting the Front mount intercooler…the ECU was showing the same trouble code. Then the car cured by itself.
Any advices will be more then welcome....like what turbo pressure we should be targeting or I have no idea what else.
Take care and thanks for your time.
