Not a bad choice.
If you do a search there is quite a lot of people's experiences with different set ups.
Very much depends on what you want from your car, the FSD/standard spring combo should give good road car, and a big improvement over standard.
If you looking at track work, maybe look at some of the coilover set ups available, worth it for the more focused handling and ability to set the suspension up as you need it.
